They got us approved right away with a great deal considering our below average credit score! They did not pressure us at all into buying as we left the dealership after we got approved. We wanted to sleep on it! The next day we decided to buy the 2012 Jetta in the exact color we wanted and with leather that we didn't expect we could get. Ty came in on his day off to service me and my wife and Brad the finance manager was very helpful getting us a deal as well! The whole signing process was quick and easy and we could appreciate that as we had all of our 3 babies with us! Peoria Volkswagen is by far one of a kind. Xavier and Bennett took a great deal of time working with me via email. Once Xavier located the vehicle I was searching for, he turned me over to Jeff. I was dissapointed in how long they kept me waiting. I drove 2.5 hrs and did a lot of the pre work online and communicated frequently about my trade and the new car. Even filled out a credit app. By the time i got there i immediately was able to test drive my new car but after that i felt like i wasnt even thought about as they helped other people. They said 10 minutes and that turned into 45. I kept on approaching them and they finally said "are you in a hurry." Just very dissapointing to someone who was there and wanted to buy the car right then vs deal with the back and forth and waiting as they continued to answer phone calls and even forget to do a few things with my new vehicle. More
