Best experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle! I always disliked shopping for cars & put it off for as long as I could because I never trusted pushy salesman...until I was sent to D&M leasing. I met Kristen & I immediately took a liking to her & trusted her! She was friendly, knowledgeable, & NOT pushy!! This was my first time leasing & she went out of her way to help find the right vehicle for me, explained everything about leasing & took me for a test drive. I fell in love with my 2013 Honda CRV!!! Even after I purchased my car, Kristen did all the paperwork & legwork. She still is always available to answer any questions I might have. It's hard to imagine buying a car fro I've done business with Brad Turner (new Sales Manager, but long time employee of D & M) for over 10 years now. It's hard to imagine buying a car from anyone else! When I called Brad a few weeks ago and found out that he couldn't act as my sales consultant any longer I was pretty bummed. However, he introduced me to Chris Guilloton who did a stellar job consulting with me on my new (used) car. Of course Brad was still involved to ensure I was getting great service (I wouldn't expect anything less) but Chris didn't need hand holding. He was excellent at customer service and took great care of us. Buy a car from D & M! My experiences over the years have been great! More

As a female, I had grown to be very wary of car dealerships in all their attempts to pry as much money out of my as possible. I even had a salesman take my car keys away and refuse to give them back until I committed to buy a vehicle from him. Brad not that kind of man. He'll work hard to get you the car you're looking for at the terms you want. He makes it so easy to purchase the vehicle. He will even bring the vehicle to you and complete the paperwork in one easy transaction. This man knows what he's doing. I have complete confidence that I'll be treated fairly and will love my new or used car. More

I was referred to Brad by my very best friend several years ago. From the first time we spoke, I felt Brad was someone that was "too good to be true". There was no way the car buying experience could b years ago. From the first time we spoke, I felt Brad was someone that was "too good to be true". There was no way the car buying experience could be this easy....well, Brad has proved over and over, it can be easy, no hassle and no stress! Over the past five years Brad has been the only person my entire family now calls for purchasing or leasing vehicles. This was, without a shadow of a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Brad Turner was amazing to work with. He was ridiculously prompt, flexible, resourceful and friendly. There were absolutely no hiccups that I knew about. Let me be clear with that though, I'm sure hiccups occured, but Brad handled them flawlessly, without even having to involve me. I called him on a Wednesday with my car preferences, made him aware of the fact that my identity had been stolen so getting financed might be an issue, but what I've now learned is typical Brad fashion, by that very Friday afternoon I was driving my slightly used, though in brand new condition, 2011 Mercedes Benz C300. I do not plan to go anywhere else when it's time to get a new car in the future. I will definately be calling Brad Turner and D&M! Thank you so much!!!!! More
