I met Kristen & I immediately took a liking to her & trusted her! She was friendly, knowledgeable, & NOT pushy!! This was my first time leasing & she went out of her way to help find the right vehicle for me, explained everything about leasing & took me for a test drive. I fell in love with my 2013 Honda CRV!!! It's hard to imagine buying a car fro I've done business with Brad Turner (new Sales Manager, but long time employee of D & M) for over 10 years now. It's hard to imagine buying a car from anyone else! When I called Brad a few weeks ago and found out that he couldn't act as my sales consultant any longer I was pretty bummed. However, he introduced me to Chris Guilloton who did a stellar job consulting with me on my new (used) car. Of course Brad was still involved to ensure I was getting great service (I wouldn't expect anything less) but Chris didn't need hand holding. He was excellent at customer service and took great care of us. Buy a car from D & M! My experiences over the years have been great! More

I even had a salesman take my car keys away and refuse to give them back until I committed to buy a vehicle from him. Brad not that kind of man. He'll work hard to get you the car you're looking for at the terms you want. He makes it so easy to purchase the vehicle. He will even bring the vehicle to you and complete the paperwork in one easy transaction. This man knows what he's doing. I have complete confidence that I'll be treated fairly and will love my new or used car. More
