So last year in February I bought a 2016 Kia Sportage from Hardy Chevrolet In Dallas ga on the carfax report it stated no open recalls but in fact there was 3. So fast forward to the end of may 2023 my c from Hardy Chevrolet In Dallas ga on the carfax report it stated no open recalls but in fact there was 3. So fast forward to the end of may 2023 my car all the sudden messed up and wouldn’t go over 20 mph come to find it the engine seized up due to a recall from 2018 that didn’t get repaired from the previous owner. I received no recall information from Kia. So for 2 months I went without a car Kia refused to fix my motor and Hardy Chevrolet refused to fix the motor due to there negligence on my going to the Kia website and seeing for them selves if it had any recalls before they sold it to me. They wouldn’t even help me get another car. And Kia even told me themselves that the recalls got sent to the owner before me so it wasn’t their place to replace the motor. I stated well it’s your place to mail out recalls to the current owner and I received 0. So please don’t buy a car for Hardy Chevrolet or Kia without doing your homework first they don’t care they only want your money. Also the finance company my car is financed through went bankrupt In February of this year with no working number but I guess Hardy Chevrolet didn’t know that either. More

The worst experience! The customer service is nonexistent and the service manager Mike doesn’t seem to care unless he knows you. It has taken me 2 weeks to speak with him. Everyone I have dealt with gives you the run around. They have had our only vehicle for 4 months now and their latest excuse has been that “they have had to take parts off of other cars to complete this project.” That is absolutely terrifying and pathetic! Take your car somewhere else is my advise! More
