Natalie Higgins has been a member of the Hardy staff for 10 years and a member of the Hardy Family her entire life. As a granddaughter of Mr. Charles Hardy, she takes pride in being a part of the family business. She is our Customer Relations contact and manages the dealership's social media. Pam was patient and made sure we were comfortable with our deal. She also was very knowledgeable about the Yukon that we purchased and explained all of the features in detail. I was almost ready to just keep on driving my 2003 Chevrolet Suburban. We visited another dealer in the area to look at some new vehicles. We were looking at Buick Lacrosse and Verano to see which one Chevrolet Suburban. We visited another dealer in the area to look at some new vehicles. We were looking at Buick Lacrosse and Verano to see which one would suit us the best. After a 4 hour ordeal we decided to leave without a vehicle. My daughter called to see how our experience went and suggested that we stop waisting our time. She had just purchased a Yukon XL Denali at Hardy's and had Billy Barnett as a salesman. I told my wife rather than go to the dealership, let's call and see what we think of Billy, we were both kinda gun-shy after the night before. Billy took our phone call and asked us what we were looking for and suggested we visit the lot so he could show us what exactly our choices were. When we arrived at the dealership, Billy was very friendly and personable rather than quick and pushy, like the night before. He asked us alot of questions to determine what we were looking for, then he took us to the lot to show us the Malibu. After driving the Malibu, my wife and I thought that this car suited our needs much better than what we were looking for before meeting Billy. He knew by just asking us what we needed in a vehicle that the Malibu was a good choice for us. I will definetley be back to Hardy Chevrolet to do my business from now on. In less than 3 hours time, we drove our new car off of the lot. I not only feel like I got a great car, but I also feel that we got the best deal possible in a great atmosphere. I also know that I didn't get lied to just to make a sale. I feel like I made a friend and not just a deal. More

The experience I had at Hardy GMC was very likely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a best car buying experience I have ever had. Billy Barnett went above and beyond to make the typically stressful and nerve-racking morass of buying a vehicle pleasant. Billy had no problem dealing with my very particular and demanding requests and went so far as to be available to me late at night and even when he was off. It is very clear why Billy Barnett has spent the last 24 years selling cars, because he understands that the process is about making the customer feel as good after the purchase as they did before it. Like Mr. Barnett, Don Baines tolerated my numerous questions with great patience and worked with me to strike a deal that we found mutually beneficial. I felt more like a friend than a customer, and Don worked hard to get me a deal that left me feeling like I was satisfied with the transaction. Natalie connected me with Billy Barnett, and by doing so was the perfect liason between the unknowing consumenr and the educated expert. By being a conduit to individuals like Don and Billy, Natalie quickly realized what I needed and got me there. I was not a number to her, I was a friend, and she treated me as such. Overall these fine individuals did their jobs with such expertise and aplomb that they should not only be commentded, but these should be monitarily rewarded for their excellence. I am not sure if upper management or even the esteemed Mr.Hardy will see this post, but if he does, he should know the expertise and professionalism that is exuded by these fine employees.
