Communication was poor. I had to call after 7 hours of my vehicle being picked up for an update. I did appreciate the pick up service however I feel that made it easy to be I had to call after 7 hours of my vehicle being picked up for an update. I did appreciate the pick up service however I feel that made it easy to be forgotten and not updated. I was not told when I made my payment over the phone that if I used my credit card that I would be charged a 3% service fee. I would have used my debit card to pay over the phone if I was made aware of the payment options. I was not aware of the charge until I received my receipt when my vehicle was dropped off. More

Bradford helped me through picking out and purchasing the correct tires for my son's car. He also got us in quickly. Dealership picked up and dropped off vehicle which is extremely helpful. Bradford was always kind and upfront with everything they were doing. I was anxious about getting my vehicle back by the beginning of the week and reached out a couple of times to check in and he never was a were doing.
