They were very quick and helpful with getting my vehicle back to me. Let me know the problems with it in a decent amount of time that didn't affect my family or work life. Communication was poor. I had to call after 7 hours of my vehicle being picked up for an update. I did appreciate the pick up service however I feel that made it easy to be I had to call after 7 hours of my vehicle being picked up for an update. I did appreciate the pick up service however I feel that made it easy to be forgotten and not updated. I was not told when I made my payment over the phone that if I used my credit card that I would be charged a 3% service fee. I would have used my debit card to pay over the phone if I was made aware of the payment options. I was not aware of the charge until I received my receipt when my vehicle was dropped off. More
