Called and said something was leaking from the rear they said bring it in. I requested a loaner they appeased us with no problems at all. Over phone quote with Bradford was about $100 cheaper so i wasn't happy about that also my appointment was for 10:30 and at 11:30 Bradford told me i would have to wait longer because it was lunch time. No issues ,staff very pleasant makes you feel welcome . Explains everything what I like they don’t push about repairs gives you options. Or about service plans. I think it’s crazy of the amount of dirty looks I received while being at this dealership. The service department was ok. The lady you usually pay at the window gave off racist vibes along with a mec received while being at this dealership. The service department was ok.
