Our experience at EchoPark was easy, fast and stress free. No shady business. Our Experience Guide, Bradly, was knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and the dealership. He was patient, and ans free. No shady business. Our Experience Guide, Bradly, was knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and the dealership. He was patient, and answered all of our questions without ever rushing or being pushy. We were only there to check out a car, so we had our 4 and 2 year old with us. Not a problem. Bradly made us all feel welcomed and comfortable the entire process. When it came time to seal the deal, he laid everything out for us. He explained all the packages, warranties, cost of each and found us the best rate! All the numbers added up, and 1.5-2hrs later we had our new car! Great experience! More
