Very bad buisness sold me a rusted out 2012 Ford f250 ,the whole bottom rusted out brake lines clips to the hoses ,shocks brakes oil pan etc....23,000 dollars for this lemon!!! Best they could offer was ,the whole bottom rusted out brake lines clips to the hoses ,shocks brakes oil pan etc....23,000 dollars for this lemon!!! Best they could offer was another truck with 40,000 more miles then the rust bucket they sold,put my life an my family life in danger !!!Never again will I deal with this particular dealership!!! More

Purchased a new 2022 equinox back in oct 2022, had the car in the shop for 3 weeks because of problem with the torque converter , today the car is making noise again and dealership wants me to pay 4,000 t car in the shop for 3 weeks because of problem with the torque converter , today the car is making noise again and dealership wants me to pay 4,000 to get out of the car into s mew one , you sold me this piece of junk so you should replace it for free i should not have to come out of pocket for nothing at all , very disappointed ☹️ More

I am in Michigan. Found car on online. Messaged dealership Mark Walhberg in Worthington Ohio. Talked to Internet person. Called dealership got sent to salesman Nic Cru Found car on online. Messaged dealership Mark Walhberg in Worthington Ohio. Talked to Internet person. Called dealership got sent to salesman Nic Cruz. Worst salesman ever in 45 years of buying cars. His Manager Jarrod Autun no better. Tried selling me an extended warranty for 5300.00. Out of 4 levels 4 being the highest it was a level 2. I purchased one bumper to bumper at local Chevy dealership later for 2400.00 Told me that was the deal or don’t buy car. Then is Manger came back with a deal using there bank. Told him No said that was the deal or don’t buy the car. Said o could use my bank but price for car would go up. My credit union better rates all the way around. Ask for any hidden fees with park national bank. He’s said no. There was a 250 origination fee. Another $50 miscellaneous fee. early termination fee of $150 which I did catch them on and they credited me. Still have not received the title. Don’t bother calling the corporate office in Michigan number that they give you because nobody there will return your call either. Got home discovered the car didn’t have any formats, and salesman said too bad. It’s been a total nightmare Quoted interest rate for loan when I got there to sign papers interest rate is higher. Finance guy said that is because of the hidden fees that he’s ask a sales people to disclose. They use their banks because they get a 2% kickback so on 60,000 that’s around $1200. However, you have to make four payments for them to get that money. More

Horrible service through and through. Bought a car was assured there were no flaws. The very next started noticing problems. Took it back and they had it checked out. Said there was radio wiring ripped out due to what looked like attempted theft. They have now had my car 9 days out of 15 since I bought it. Can’t get any answers when I call to check the status. Ohh yea not to mention the key fob they gave me the emergency key inside of it wasn’t even cut for the vehicle. More

Deceptive promotional advertising: they offer cash back but then charge a “market adjustment “ that offsets a good portion of the “rebate”. There is a trade-in calculator online that determines a value that seems to be close to KBB but then the in dealership appraisal is lowered by $2000 or more! The financing offers are questionable too— After spending time “negotiating”, plan to be told that the car you are trying to buy has “just be sold”! There are too many Chevrolet dealerships in the central Ohio area that are honest, up front, and reliable. Sadly, Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet dealerships are not in that category. Do yourself a favor and visit a reputable dealer that will work with you to get the best price and offer the service you deserve. More

Brought a vehicle 6 months ago and both door have locked up and they have no means to help with the repair and vehicle had been jerking since deliver and i informed them and they said they would pick the ve up and they have no means to help with the repair and vehicle had been jerking since deliver and i informed them and they said they would pick the vehicle up and fix it and they lied and never did. Worst experience ever and will never recommend this dealership. We bought a car in Decemeber 2021 and still have no title. We have been given the runaround from day one. They should have never been able to sell and have a car financed that was never technically theirs. We have contacted the attorney general and made a report. This is absolutely ridiculous and we want a new car that actually has a title. More

Then he found a motor mount was broken. It needs rotors and brakes He paid $45,000 and can’t get them to take care of their responsibilities. They tell him they will call him back. HE is still WAITING. Right after he bought it I called the same person he bought it from I was looking to buy a car that I saw online he said they didn’t have it never offered to see if I wanted another one. Bad business. Another dealer called me back several times gave me many options To bad for him the other dealer got my business now were buying another car Not from this place I have never seen dealership this bad I Think the Better BUSINESS will be interested in this More
