Purchased a Certified Gold 2021 Camry Hybrid by Brad Neuendorf. Purchase was swift and incomplete. I was not provided an inspection sheet of vehicle upon purchase, no secondary key, and was told it was Neuendorf. Purchase was swift and incomplete. I was not provided an inspection sheet of vehicle upon purchase, no secondary key, and was told it was good to go. Next morning after purchasing the vehicle, the driver side headlight would not turn on. Took car in to local dealership and they stated the assembly bracket to the headlight was broken and would not be covered under warranty. Brad did not return any emails or phone calls about this issue. Multiple managers told me “You signed purchase vehicle as is” and refused to cover the headlight replacement. Overall I was sold a vehicle with a malfunctioning headlight and told it was street safe and legal. I have now foot the bill for $2300 in necessary repairs. This dealership should not be a certified Toyota dealership, and should be avoided at all costs. More

She has been a great resource on the operation of the car’s technology, much of which is new to me. She also stresses that she is a resource going forward for any assistance I may need. On top of all that, she made the process enjoyable. I would recommend Lee Ann to anyone interested in purchasing a car. More
