I've purchased many cars over the years and this dealership by far has EXCEEDED quality Customer Service expectations. They were patient with me as I made choices and decisions unlike anyone. Service was extraordinary when I stopped in shortly after purchasing my new 4runner because I had questions. In fact, as I was waiting in their service area on the comfortable chairs in front of the fireplace, it was so extremely peaceful, I thought to myself how easily I could just wait for my vehicle if ever needing to come into the dealership. The fire was warm and I could have easily just fell asleep. Thanks so much for all you've done for me Leeann and Brad. I have never had a car buying experience as I did with you both. I decided to trade in a truck and downsize to an SUV. After locating the vehicle I wanted, I contacted the online sales area for a trade-in value. I agreed and went to test drive the SUV. Lee Ann helpe After locating the vehicle I wanted, I contacted the online sales area for a trade-in value. I agreed and went to test drive the SUV. Lee Ann helped me from the moment I walked in the door, with the test drive, the trade-in verification, the negotiations, and follow up. When I returned the next day, she helped with the closing of the deal, and the introduction to F&I, as well as the delivery process. She, along with the service department, also has helped me verify a slight issue I had with the OBD connector which turned out to be a non-issue. The entire time I was dealing with Lee Ann, she seemed more concerned with making sure that I was making the right decision for me, as opposed to "selling" me on some vehicle or options that I did not want. She listened to my wants and needs and tailored the walk around and demo ride to me, showing me the options that I wanted to see first, even if I didn't realize it. I haven't needed to shop for a vehicle or be a customer at a dealership in my life, as I've always had solid family connections to a dealership. I explained this to her and she said she'd love to earn my business....and she did! More
