The actual sales rep was terrific. The only problem I have with Zeigler Toyota is that no one seems to call back after the sale. I went to his supervisor Brad and left a message and he also failed to call back. I have things I need to drop off for the car I used as my trade-in but I don't know if they still have the car or not because no one will call me back. Otherwise, the sale was easy enough. It took them about 9 hours though. So, don't bring your kids but do bring a lunch! More
