Horrible experience less than 50k miles on a 2021 Q5 Prestige I bought there and the A/C is broken and they want 10K to fix it. Spoke to the Service Manager Brad Vaught and GM Sid and no assistance. Parts are a few hundred dollars the rest is labor??? Every time we bring it in for service we feel like we are getting gouged but this is unbelievable. More
