Awesome hustle and attention to detail! I’ve had 3 interactions with Crain VW, all have been over the top! First I needed a tire replaced in special size; parts staff shipped it in, stayed l I’ve had 3 interactions with Crain VW, all have been over the top! First I needed a tire replaced in special size; parts staff shipped it in, stayed late, and talked service tech into mount and balance after hours to get me on the road! Second, parts personnel ordered parts, had them painted and installed in less than 5 days; incredible! Third visit was for routine service; communication was outstanding and precise! Thank you for the personal touch! More
