I appreciated being given pros and cons for vehicles available, thorough demonstration of the engineering and quality of the vehicle I purchased, and the thorough orientation for all of the settings and controls for my vehicle. Paperwork to complete the purchase and review of the certification and warranties by Brady Brown was well done and efficient. Lonnie Powell was a pleasure to work with, such that on the 1st day I was able to decide the XT5 was a great car for me, and I did not need to look at any other options for purchasing a vehicle at somewhere other than Crest Cadillac. More
