I took my Tacoma into another shop to get the ac fixed. They replaced broken parts but the AC still didn’t stay on. So I took it to Group-1: they ordered the same parts and said the problem was because the They replaced broken parts but the AC still didn’t stay on. So I took it to Group-1: they ordered the same parts and said the problem was because the other parts weren’t OEM. I was so xxxxxx. I was planning to sue the first shop. But when Toyota went in to replace the brand new aftermarket parts they found that the wires to the AC condenser were damaged. They spent the time repairing the wires, didn’t replace the part like they had planned, and saved me money. They fixed the problem the other shop failed to fix. They were honest. They saved me money. More

I left to get my truck fix and came back with things that were not wrong but now it is. My cruise no longer works and my collision light is on and never has been but picked up my truck. Lack of communication in the service department. Was told my vehicle would be ready the next day which was Friday and then didn’t hear anything. I called and didn’t get ahold of anyone until Saturda Was told my vehicle would be ready the next day which was Friday and then didn’t hear anything. I called and didn’t get ahold of anyone until Saturday. Then they told me my parts wouldn’t be in until Monday. I asked if they could provide a loaner vehicle and they said no and that the rental places were already closed. I was without my for 3 days when I could have just picked it up and took my car back when parts were available. Poor communication on their end. More
