Second service I’ve had done on my new car, now have to call back because service light is on. Had to bring back my car after first service because skid plate was not properly fastened. Mastrovito Hyundai sets the standard for other dealerships to follow. Seriously, with having fourteen cars bought in my life found that their approach is caring for people. Not just the customer dealerships to follow. Seriously, with having fourteen cars bought in my life found that their approach is caring for people. Not just the customer walking in, but the team working here. From the owner, sales team, administration, and service department found a cohesive group of people working together. Consummate professionals all with a family approach. I've gotten two vehicles here and helped my daughter get one too. More

Normally I give you guys the benefit of the doubt BUT my last appointments were horrible. My car was worse leaving you than before we brought it in. What you called wear and tear that suddenly wasn’t covere last appointments were horrible. My car was worse leaving you than before we brought it in. What you called wear and tear that suddenly wasn’t covered under my extended warranty was called deliberate by another mechanic. You attempted to charge me $800 for something they fixed for $250. I will never be back More
