Customer Service in Service Department was great however was charged $500 to correct a problem (recalibrated front end sensor) and the next day same problem occurred. Brought it back in and they said it was was charged $500 to correct a problem (recalibrated front end sensor) and the next day same problem occurred. Brought it back in and they said it was the backup camera that was the problem. Camera was under warranty. Requested the $500 back since they did not fix the problem the first time and was obviously not the problem. Said I have to put a claim into Hyundai to see if they will reimburse me. Obviously not happy !!!! More

She contacted my extended warranty company and got that taken care of. All members in service dept were friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. I must also mention that I am impressed you provided ride service to and from my job. This makes you stand out from the rest. The tech also did a great job with repairs. Overall, the experience was 10 out of 10. More
