Absolutely amazing. I walked in to ask about scheduling the sevice and I was told that i could it done just then or i could schedule it for later. I bought my 2022 Tucson here brand new and have brought it in for service around 4 times (3 oil change and one check engine). I needed warranty work for a check engine so I made an appointment a week ahead it in for service around 4 times (3 oil change and one check engine). I needed warranty work for a check engine so I made an appointment a week ahead of time and told them I needed a loaner. I show up and show them the email that clearly says loaner, and the man at the service desk said he didn’t notice or didn’t have one lined up and said he doesn’t think he has any left. He walks away and luckily comes up with a set of keys for a loaner vehicle. My last oil change the car was returned to me with multiple footprints on the floormat as well as footprints on the black trim on the door jamb. Also, an oil handprint was left on the center console. Now, I bring it in for warranty work and it was, yet again, returned to me with footprints on both spots and this time a wooden wheel chock was left on the back seat floor. A 20 dollar oil change establishment will put down paper mats when they service your car but yet a dealer that I give 30k for a vehicle will not. Also, if a wooden wheel chock can be overlooked, it makes you wonder what other important parts of the repair process were overlooked as well. I would just prefer my vehicle to be returned to me in the same condition as I left it. Being dirtier when it’s picked up than when it’s dropped off is unacceptable for a dealer of this caliber More
