Overall I support this dealer. Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not predatory it feels like very poor form. Also they lost record of my warranty for two years.... If the service advisors weren't so personable I would've switched to an independent shop a long time ago. More

Ken Garff Mercedes brakes things instead of fixing them. The past three times I came in for service, the vehicle entered with no issues and left with costly repairs. First time was a dead battery.
