Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm truly sorry that your experience didn't match the expectations we set. Waiting nearly 24 hours for what was expected to be a simple inspection is frustrating, especially after being told it would take about an hour and a half. We clearly fell short in both our communication and our execution. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we'll review what happened with your visit so we can learn from it and improve. If you're willing, I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally to better understand the situation and see if there's anything we can do to make things right. Thank you for your honest feedback. Steve Kane Service Manager Faricy Chrysler Jeep
