Usually when I come in to the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation Courtney takes care of me. This time was someone different and came off incredibly rude. Pleasantly surprised, but not surprised. As I hoped, they have experienced technicians, they dealt with Stellantis, and in a week and a half I had my Jeep back with a new battery and its performing good as new. I live closer to another Jeep dealer, but this is why I make the drive to Faricy More
