Super easy purchase One recent evening I finally found a used that looked promising online at Volvo of Tucson and sent an inquiry to confirm availability. Lots of dealers One recent evening I finally found a used that looked promising online at Volvo of Tucson and sent an inquiry to confirm availability. Lots of dealers seem to not update their inventory online. Within hours I received an email back confirming the car was still available. I was asleep. So first thing in the morning I responded and decided to go in for a test drive. They had the car ready for me and we went for a drive on streets and highway. They were really easy to work with, no upselling, etc. It was all very clean and clear so I purchased the car. Because I wanted my husband to also be on the title and I brought the wrong checkbook they let me sign everything and then delivered the car to my house at the end of the day so my husband could finish the signing and I could pay them on delivery. This saved us a trip to the dealer which is huge when you have a baby that sleeps half the day. All in all it was an easy, positive experience! More

Best car buying experience ever! My boyfriend and I are new to Tucson and needed a second car. We went to another dealer in town where we were given less than ideal customer service, My boyfriend and I are new to Tucson and needed a second car. We went to another dealer in town where we were given less than ideal customer service, and decided to leave. When we arrived at Volvo we were instantly greeted, offered water, and shown cars that were in our budget. The entire process was seamless and our salesman was honest, upfront, and helpful. Before leaving with the car we purchased we were shown how to use the radio, bluetooth and other systems of the car. After we bought the car, we found that a door wasn't closing properly and took the car back to the dealer to be fixed. Since we were buying a used car that was no longer under warranty, we expected to pay for the repairs, but Volvo of Tucson said the repairs would be done at no cost to us, and they gave us a loaner to use while our car was being fixed. My boyfriend and I left the dealer almost in shock by how caring and nice everyone was at Volvo of Tucson. I will be recommending them to any in need of a new car in the Tucson area. More

From Jacob the salesperson to Branden in finance, I was treated with respect throughout my time with them and they worked as a team to get me into my new vehicle at a price we were both pleased with. I've been through the hassle of purchasing through a dealership in the past and considered it a nightmare. This company and their staff are professional and are there to assist in any way possible. Nice lounge area too with a large television, coffee, drinks, and snacks, while you wait. I would recommend this locally owned dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car soon. More
