Largely, nothing but inconvenience from Koons. They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. It was delivered with wheel locks but no socket to unlock them They did find me a truck, but didn't tell me that it had more than 500 miles on it. Also there was a console safe and digital door lock, but no instructions on how to open and change them. I have been trying to get this addressed also for over a week. Horrible followup on this purchase. I wouldn't do it again. More

Brandon did a great job with showing the vehicle and keeping in touch. However, there was a bit of confusion regarding what I owed, because they forgot to add in the extended warranty.
