Reneged on deal provided in writing. I have updated this review on June 4, 2019 to provide additional clarity and facts following the dealer response of June 3, 2019. On May 29, 2019, I c I have updated this review on June 4, 2019 to provide additional clarity and facts following the dealer response of June 3, 2019. On May 29, 2019, I communicated with Brandon following a deal one of his salespeople confirmed they would be able to make in writing on May 28, 2019. I was informed in writing that even though I specified $0 drive off, the $2,000 cash down provided in their buyer's order of May 28th was for the security deposit only and was not a down payment. In fact, on May 28, 2019, the sales person confirmed the following in writing regarding my requested clarification that the terms of the May 28th buyer's order were equivalent to the terms I specified in writing: May 28, 2019, 1:55 PM (3 messages from salesperson): "We can get that for you sir" "Yes 800 will be only due at signing witch [sic] is the security deposit" "No additional down, No additional fees, no hidden fees." According to the May 28th buyer's order, the above representations made by the salesperson would not be accurate as the buyer's order indicated $2,000 down, not the $0 drive off I specified. I therefore attempted to further clarify, and as I was making arrangements to drive 2 hours to the dealership, they sent an email response with an updated buyer's order on May 29, 2019 that changed the terms of the deal I was told they would make suddenly and without explanation. When I discussed this with Brandon on May 29, 2019 and clearly outlined what his salesperson represented to me in writing on May 28th, he offered no explanation or apology and even went so far as to insult me by insinuating that I was somehow confused by them changing the terms the salesperson advised they would be able to do. Very poor experience and would not recommend this dealership. *EDIT* Orlando Inifiniti's response ignores facts relevant to this matter (which are now clarified above) and is unnecessarily malicious and inflammatory. In the event anyone would like form their own opinion and see the actual written exchange between me and this dealership (with both parties' personally identifiable information removed as I only seek the truth to be known, I do not want either party subjected to undue harassment or unsolicited contact), please feel free to contact me. It is my opinion that any reasonable person with access to this exchange would likely form their own independent opinion that they did not act in good faith and fair dealings toward me. I have also contacted Infiniti Corporate regarding this matter and they apologized for the way I was treated, even though the dealer refuses to. More
