Convinced us to turn in our leased ID.4 early and 10k under m Kelly VW - giving a bad name to car dealers everywhere. These guys are absolute crooks. Convinced us to turn in our leased ID.4 early and 10k under mileage by promising us we wouldn't pay any excess wear and tear charges (why else would we turn in a car early and under mileage??). Then they pulled the bait-and-switch at closing and now we are getting harassed by VW Credit for $2k in charges. The salesperson and managers, after ignoring our calls and emails for months, refuse to acknowledge their responsibility and have left us completely hanging out to dry. AVOID KELLY VOLKSWAGEN AT ALL COSTS. Plenty of other honest dealerships to go to. More
