Great Place to Buy an Car I purchased my new car from Audi Ontario. I returned the following week to have my car coated with the EC Bond I purchased; I was very pleased to see I purchased my new car from Audi Ontario. I returned the following week to have my car coated with the EC Bond I purchased; I was very pleased to see Ron Frasier working Service at this location. I had another Audi before and Ron Frasier had also assisted me with that one, at another Audi dealership. There were a few issues that arose in regard to the condition of the car before the coating could be applied successfully. Ron Frasier took it upon himself to help me take the necessary steps to get my car ready and prepared for coating the right way. This is a new Audi dealership in Ontario which is much more convenient for me. Also, the fact that I have complete faith and trust that I will be very happy having my car serviced by such a nice group of people focused on keeping their customers happy, makes this a WIN/WIN! I highly recommend Audi Ontario. More

Every interaction I had with the sales and service departments at Audi Ontario were top notch. I decided to return the car before the lease ended so that I could lease a new 2019 A6. I'm glad I did; the A6 is simply amazing. Brandon Clemens was just the perfect salesperson for me. I have lots of questions and I need time to make decisions, and he gave me all the time and attention that I needed to feel really good about the choice. He answered every question, no matter how many details I asked. There was never any pressure. The price was good and Brandon and Kevin both worked with me so that I could get what I really wanted. The whole dealership has a great feeling to it; it shows that people there like what they do and really want to help everyone who comes inside. Once the new car was ready, Brandon was very thorough in showing me how to use the new features. In the future, I will definitely ask for Brandon, and I know that I can also trust anyone else in the organization too. More
