Some months ago a took a test drive of a Corvette with Brandon. Impressed with his knowledge and congenial manner, I decided that when I made the purchase, I would deal with him. A month or two later I decided to make the purchase and called Brandon who, unbeknownst to me, was on his day off. This is when Brandon displayed his commitment to customer service, meeting at the dealership to effectuate the purchase. But there is more… The vehicle had to be transported from a sister dealership in Gainsville. Knowing he was scheduled to have the day off, I told Brandon he should leave while I waited, but he would have none of it. In the hours we waited, we discussed many things and I got to know Brandon better than most customers get to know their salesperson, which allows me to say without hesitation or reservation that this was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and that if the rest of the staff are anywhere near his level of professionalism then Palm Chevrolet is indeed in good hands. An excellent experience and I would be proud to highly and unabashedly recommend Palm, and particularly Brandon, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Experience was good, however nothing special - I have bought multiple new cars and it was a pretty standard transaction - I did not like that the loan rate was held to the very end and over 7% - I comple bought multiple new cars and it was a pretty standard transaction - I did not like that the loan rate was held to the very end and over 7% - I completely understand Chevrolet does not make the rates but please be more up front and honest on the rates - I asked multiple times and was told not to worry as my credit score was over 800 but did not like that it was held towards the end and that I was told to move my insurance over and everything to the new car first before we even got to the finance office where I was ready to walk out and reverse everything - YOUR SO LUCKY THAT I GOT LUCKY WITH AWESOME PARENTS!!! More
