The salesman I worked with was fine. He was friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. After a few days of owning the vehicle I discovered that the rear seatbelt buckle did not wo He was friendly and attentive to what I was looking for. After a few days of owning the vehicle I discovered that the rear seatbelt buckle did not work and when I was braking my vehicle was downshifting hard. When I notified the salesman he told me I needed to take the vehicle to the dealer. The response was disheartening for me since I had purchased the vehicle just days prior, not to mention all the great things I had heard about this dealership. (I intentionally waited a few days to write this review to see how I liked my car) This left me to figure out how was going to get my vehicle to a dealership and what I was going to do without a car. I took the vehicle to the dealership before the five-day contract with Kentson to ensure my issues were going to be covered under factory warranty. Fortunately for me, the issues are going to be covered under warranty. Now I have already had no vehicle for one full day and need to go another full day without a vehicle because they needed to order a part. Lastly, I noticed I have no floor mats in the vehicle (it is a 2024 and just one of those things you don’t notice right away). All in all, I personally will never purchase a non-certified used vehicle again. If you want to purchase an uncertified vehicle go to Kentson. Just know if you have an issue they will not go the extra mile to help you out in anyway once you sign those papers. More
