I purchased the 2021 Acura RDX from Regal Acura of Lakeland, FL in May of 2021. I reside in Fort Myers Florida. I visited the Local Acura dealership and fell in love with the 2021 Acura RDX. However, Lakeland, FL in May of 2021. I reside in Fort Myers Florida. I visited the Local Acura dealership and fell in love with the 2021 Acura RDX. However, they did not have the black pearl color on the lot. The sales representative I worked with informed that he could not find that color available at any of their other dealerships in the state. So, I called Regal Acura And spoke to Ken who was very helpful and advised that there was one on his lot. He informed that I would be working with Brandon who was very knowledgeable. Ken informed that he would prepare the paperwork and I could drive down that afternoon with my husband and pick up the vehicle. Sure enough, that evening my husband, our toddler son and I drove from Fort Myers to Lakeland and were able to drive away with my car! Ken, Brandon and Pedro in financing were all instrumental in making that happen for me so quickly. They each provided awesome service! More
