I don't even know where to begin here! Let me tell you about Brandon, Pedro, and Ken. When I stepped out of my vehicle, the team gave me just enough time to look around and decide on my own it I wanted to about Brandon, Pedro, and Ken. Once I started approaching the door, Brandon came out and introduced himself with a nice and polite attitude. He didn't give off any vibes of pressure or judgement and wanted to gauge what my interests were. Once I told him what I was looking for, he took me right to the car. This car being the one I purchased! He disclosed the amount being asked and any additional charges associated before we even got the key to test drive. In comes Ken, the sales manager. Ken approached me as if I were a long time friend or customer, and really made me feel valued! Without question, he took time out of his day to get to know me as more than a sale! This is also one of the key catalysts to my ultimate purchase and this review. Finally, we move to Pedro - finance manager. We all know that signing your life away can be intimidating and overwhelming. Pedro worked hard to find me the best rate and term that met my budget, to get my dream car! He left no stone unturned and ultimately, got me a rate and payment that was over HALF of what I was anticipating. This type of care and consideration from every member of the team, speaks to the overall culture of the team and leadership from the top, down, at Regal Acura. This is not fake. I was not paid. I just really feel like the community needs to know that the team here at Regal Acura are absolutely wonderful and deserve your business! Excellent experience. My current MDX lease was through another dealership and was about to expire. I stopped in just to see what the 2022 model changes were and what my options might be.
