I was very pleased to purchase a vehicle with Spitzer Chevrolet in North Jackson, OH. I worked with Joe stating my needs and budget. Joe contacted me within a few days of my first visit with a new trade Chevrolet in North Jackson, OH. I worked with Joe stating my needs and budget. Joe contacted me within a few days of my first visit with a new trade in that had arrived that day, identical to a car that I was considering. I was very pleased with the option given and it was much closer to the budget I wanted to stay with. Joe was working with another client when I came to test drive the vehicle. Joe asked Brandon to help me out and he accompanied me for the test drive. After my test drive, I determined the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Brandon started my paperwork while they completed our inspection and had the service department ready the vehicle for me to take home the same day. I completed the trade in and transfer of my old vehicle, registration, and all the financial paperwork within a short period of time. The whole process was seamless. Once the paperwork was completed my car was ready, Brandon handed me the keys, set up the On-Star, helped set up the myChevrolet app and walked me through it. He also helped set up the Spitzer VIP app and went over its features. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Spitzer Chevrolet. The first was a new 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1/2 ton pickup, the second was a new 2005 Chevrolet Uplander minivan, and this third one was a certified used 2025 Chevrolet Trax ACTIV. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. I felt very comfortable during this experience and confident in my purchase. More
