I recently had our 2009 Nissan Altima there under an extended warranty for some work. The work that was performed was quite extensive. Most was covered under the warranty. Brandon,the tech, was great about inspecting the car, submitting it to the warranty company and getting the work done. I was a little impatient being without my car for the period of time I was. I dropped off my truck December 23 and I still don't have it. It's my primary work truck. Called several times not response so needed to drive to dealer for an update. Oil all over the bottom of my previous truck after an oil change, leaving items.lose after service, no one ever calls you back, and items aren't getting addressed on my new 2023 Ram 1500.
