I am very dissatisfied with the service of late with my truck. I was charged $22 of an environmental fee of which I had no fluids and no tires looked at changed or replaced. All he said is it something that y’all do and you do it to everyone and he just can’t explain it, but it is a charge that’s on our ticket. I bought my vehicles from the North Pekin store and as far as I’m concerned, I’m gonna start looking for another Dodge dealer that’s in the area that can maybe take over my vehicles maintenance..
