When I asked if I could negotiate the price the salesman told me that it was already competitively priced but didn’t say that they wouldn’t negotiate, so I asked again and he told me he’ll talk to his manager. When he came back he said that the price was non negotiable. It wasn’t until I got home and told my family about my successful negotiation that I was informed that I didn’t even negotiate and could’ve gotten a better deal. Then they also pointed out a large dent and chipped paint that I didn’t notice at the dealership. Would’ve been nice if the salesman pointed this out to me but that’s me thinking that they’ll take care of me. They have almost a 5 star rating on Google, but they’re evidently only there to take care of themselves. The process was straightforward though and I appreciated getting in and out of the dealership in only 2 hours. The paperwork was smooth, most of the signing was digital. But like I said, know what the car is worth, and don’t buy it from them if they’re going to rip you off and try to sell it to you for more than it's worth. If you even shop here at all. I whole heartedly recommend not shopping here and purchasing a vehicle somewhere else. More
