But even he skipped the usual routine and was just real with me. And Brandon in finance, he made signing paperwork actually enjoyable. We were singing along to music in his office while I signed my lease. It still took longer than I'd like, partly because I was so undecided, but nobody made it miserable. Highly recommend David! I recently purchased a new Kia Seltos here and had a very positive experience initially. My salesperson, Michael, was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The negotiation was straightforward, and I felt like I got a fair deal. The finance manager, Brandon, was also very personable and genuine. Based on my first day, I would have had no hesitation recommending this dealership. Unfortunately, the pickup experience the following day changed my impression. On my way to pick up the vehicle, I passed a couple driving a Seltos that looked like the one I had purchased. I didn't think much of it at the time. Once I arrived, I dropped off my paperwork and ended up waiting for a while for someone to bring me the keys. I then noticed that same vehicle pull around the side of the dealership. The couple got out, and I realized it was my car. The vehicle had already been paid for and was registered in my name, with my tag and insurance. Despite that, the dealership had allowed another couple to take it for a test drive before I had even taken delivery. I brought it to their attention and they apologized, which I appreciated. However, it was still a very uncomfortable situation and left me questioning how something like that could happen. There was also a separate issue involving a handshake agreement we had made the previous day regarding some accessories. That agreement wasn't honored at pickup either. It's disappointing because the first day was genuinely a great experience. I liked the staff I dealt with, felt comfortable with the deal, and was excited about purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, the way the dealership handled things after the sale left me feeling very differently. More
