Last two times were very disappointing: first time my brakes were loose after service, and I was almost in accident. Second time I drove from the service with 'Check engine' sign and had to come back to brakes were loose after service, and I was almost in accident. Brandon always does a great job. However, service needs to do a better job checking the air in the tires and also putting in correct air pressure.
