I bought my first car in Madison wi from Gordie Boucher more than 20 years ago, and was so excited to get this car from Frank Boucher. However, the level of service, the way how they simply trying just get more than 20 years ago, and was so excited to get this car from Frank Boucher. However, the level of service, the way how they simply trying just get you out with car, was so unpleasant. They said the car was washed detailing but it was not… Another example- simply informing that the car has winter tires, and recommending to change them asap, instead they were making us to drive 1.5 hours back home, then comeback to leave the car for detailing, then we had to come back to get the car after detailing, and drive it back and all this when it is pick hot and over 90F outside…. More
