I contacted this dealership on Friday evening and heard back from Jessica White at 4:35pm. I asked if a certain used Acura was still available. Jessica said she would check with the internet sales manager back from Jessica White at 4:35pm. I asked if a certain used Acura was still available. Jessica said she would check with the internet sales manager Dawn Medecke.and let me know. I received an email from Dawn saying that the Acura was still available. I texted Jessica stating that I would be at the dealership the next morning when they open. This all happened right around closing time on Friday evening. After a 1.5 hour drive, my wife and I arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning…when they opened. I asked for Jessica and was told she is AI and was referred to a salesman, Brandon. He looked for the Acura and said it was sold on Friday night. Many things are messed up here…I was texting an AI generated “thing”, next, Dawn stated that the car was available. I wasted almost $50 in gas and most importantly, I had cancer and want to make every minute count. I wasted 3 hours of my life for nothing. I’ve learned from this…NEVER trust this dealership. If you insist on buying there, do it in person. This is a horrible way to use AI. VERY deceitful. You’ve been warned. More

Cannot say enough, good things about this dealership. Brandon was salesman and Travis, the sales manager. They went above and beyond to get my college daughter into a dream car she did not think it was e Brandon was salesman and Travis, the sales manager. No high-pressure sales no pushing as a matter of fact, they even told us to think about it. Make sure she would be happy with all the figures. Even the finance manager was outstanding and that’s usually where things twist. I was waiting for the twist, but it never happened. As a matter of fact, he explained everything thoroughly to make sure we were very comfortable with all our decisions. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years this was probably one of the best experiences. I cannot recommend the folks at suburban Toyota in Troy more highly!!!! More
