Horrible experience with Five Star Chevrolet from the start. Bought a used vehicle from them after they assured me that if I had any issues within thirty days they would “make it right”. Well the servic start. Bought a used vehicle from them after they assured me that if I had any issues within thirty days they would “make it right”. Well the service manager Chad and his manager Brad both confirmed that was a lie, and “we would never say anything like that”. So the day after we got the vehicle the engine light came on, it was diagnosed to have major transmission and engine problems. After a month of trying to get them to “make it right” they told me they would cut me “a deal” and only charge me for parts. Brad also said “we don’t have to do anything, it’s a used car”. So not only do they want me to pay them to fix a car they sold me less than a month ago, but they want me to believe they are helping me out. Oh, and they also messed up the title work, that has yet to be fixed. Thanks for selling me a car that we have to have in the shop on Christmas week More

Intereste rate 6 + % Which was higher but if I buy every service contract they offer The lender sees the asset is protected lower rate. Nope Wow idiot was stamped on my forehead! Now that I. Refinanced and request cancellation and refund They try to get you again by stalling; different departments handle refunds depending on the service contract! I refinanced in July and still waiting on money due back Beware of these crooks More

A Finance Manager with Skills and Thrills My wife and I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 this past week where we had a terrific sales experience. We also had the distinct pleasure of My wife and I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 this past week where we had a terrific sales experience. We also had the distinct pleasure of meeting and working with the best Finance Manager we could imagine. Brandon Holmes welcomed us in his office with a wide and welcoming smile. We chatted for a few minutes then Brandon got to work. He went over every detail of our purchase agreement in a very efficient way (even when answering our interrupting questions he never missed a beat). He demonstrated a breath of knowledge about his job that I have rarely seen. My wife and I were also truly convinced that Brandon enjoys his job and that he demonstrates a keen interest of the customer and the dealership in everything he says or does. Brandon reviewed the many options we had about financing, warranties and protection plans. We probably asked twenty or more questions a in addition to asking him to re-compute varying pricing options so that we could better evaluate the products. Again, he handled all of this expertly and with a calmness that impressed the both of us. At the end of it all, Brandon made us very comfortable about our buying our new truck and we left his office knowing that all the decisions we had made were correct. He even saved us a little on the financing. My wife and I generally have not liked our past vehicle buying experiences and we usually have some second thoughts after the sale. I can tell you honestly that between our salesman, Russell Christmas and our Finance Director, Brandon Holmes this was a truly great buying experience. We have enjoyed our new Chevy truck from the moment we left the dealership and have had no second thoughts about anything. Note: I do miss my 2004 Chevy truck a little. This time we was bless to have Cory Lawson, he was so patient with me and my husband. He did not pressurer us or rush us to buy. We had been to the dealer ship 2 times before my husband decided to cosign for me. I hadn't purchase a new car in over 15 years. Cory Lawson did not hassle us at all. When we decided what car would be best for me he took me for a test drive, he should me all amides about the car. And on top of being the best car salesman ever I had mention to him that I needed ice in my cup he offered to go and get me some.
