I was deciding between a Subaru Crosstrek and a Mazda CX-3/30 (the Byers Dealership is both Subaru and Mazda). Brandon was not pushy. He helped me decide on the vehicle and options. Brandon called to check in with me and let me know when I could get a good deal. I felt like Brandon was looking out for my best interest not trying to sell me on a vehicle. Highly recommend Brandon and Byers. More

My wife and I just leased our 5th Subaru from Atef at Byers Subaru Dublin yesterday. Couldn’t be happier with our salesperson Atef Behery, the dealership or the new 2020 Forester, which we love! I'm pleased to say that my experience with Byers was pleasant and seamless. My salesperson, Atef, was very prompt in getting back to me and making sure that my questions were fully answered. The paperwork was handled very efficiently. Atef gave me a full tutorial for all of the electronics in my new Outback. And the handshake from the manger as I left was a nice touch. From the initial internet inquiry to the final sale Atef Behery was very attentive to our needs without being overbearing. He took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed in making our decision. He did an excellent job of updating us on the vehicles destination and contacted us on his day off to let us know it had been delivered. I called the dealership because I was having trouble completing the on line finance application link. I was greeted by Donald Overmeyer. He was very courteous and walked me through the process and made sure I was linked to the proper dealership. He also followed up with me to let me know that they had received my application. I can’t say enough about the sales team. Throughout the entire purchase process We were given several options to choose from and never once felt forced or pressured into taking any of the extra coverages. They were thoroughly explained to us and our decision was never questioned or judged. They are true professionals! More

I will be calling about that. I enjoyed my experience working with Atef. He is both super congenial and knowledgeable. He is very patient, and willing to take the time to ensure that his customer understands the paperwork and the functions of his new vehicle. Brandon is likewise knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Both gentlemen present a professional demeanor. More
