If my only experience was based on my last visit I would not be back. The problem started when I could easily see that my bill didn't add up. I tried to ask the lady who brought the bill to me to sign and p not be back. The problem started when I could easily see that my bill didn't add up. I tried to ask the lady who brought the bill to me to sign and pay, but when I asked her what the 10% discount covered she couldn't explain anything. She got flustered at me and stormed off telling the intake man to help me...and a few other things, though I couldn't hear all of what she muttered. I worked with Blake Elkins next who almost immediately snatched up the paperwork and walked into the managers office announcing loudly that he would help me!!! Not sure why he would not even try to look at what was entered, and I'm not seeing how he was just awarded employee of the month??? Certainly his behavior was not better than the woman- but maybe that is the best they have? The manager was able to quickly able to see where $53 was not 10% of what both the lady and Blake were saying. He also found a mistake on the paperwork where an item was added weird and another item was not added. It took him a minute or 10 but it was clearly presented to me wrong and no one else understood what the system was saying and as a customer it is my right to understand what I'm paying for. Horrible experience. This is not the first time the scheduling lady has messed up things for me. She messed up booking my first appointment and booked it too late for me to wait on my vehicle, so I had to reschedule after I had taken time off work for the appointment she scheduled. (Even after I clarified that they would have time to get to me, she confirmed they are there till late). I would have expected a call from Blake to apologize for his unprofessional behavior or someone above the manager after the spectacle. Both employees embarrassed me in front of everyone in the office both workers and other customers as I was treated as if I was being unreasonable to dare ask why the math wasn't matching. More
