Everyone was so nice. Bob fully explained the process and on top of that made sure it didn't take too long since we had to bring our baby with us. Had to call back about stargaurd they never sent anything after a week. Had to callback multiple times. Just to get answer. Had to call stargaurd myself to get it started.
