I found a 2023 Ford F350 Lariat that had all the options I was looking for online sale at Max Ford I called and spoke with Jake about pricing. They worked with me to get the pricing I was looking for. I told Jake that I lived in Louisiana and would drive to the dealership in 2 days to pick up the truck. I asked him to get everything ready so when I got there I could get in and out quickly. Jake was going out of town for vacation the day I was arriving but gave all the information to Brandon in sales and also Brandon the sales manager. When I got there they immediately took me to the truck and showed it to me. The sale manager knew I wanted to swap the tires and rims off my trade in with the new truck I was buying. He said let's get you into financing and while you are doing that we will swap the tires for you. Rob from financing came out and said I have an opening, let's get you in now. By the time I got the financing done they were just about finished swapping the tires out. I have bought a lot of vehicles and I will tell you the paperwork for the financing was the easiest I've ever seen. Simple, straight forward and nothing hidden! This is the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I was so impressed that when I trade my truck in I will have them order my next one and make the 9 hour drive to pick it up!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. More

I do not know Josh or Brandon so hard to say. Howard Lonsdale was the man!! Kyle was ok. Order only took 19 months...LOL. The only things I didn't like was Ford/Max Motors wouldn't honor the pricing when Ford rolled the order into a MY23 from a MY22. I was shown a price that increased by $500 . XPlan was accepted and savings was worth the process. Love my Maverick.... Still waiting on my Hood Deflector, it was part of my order and over charged on it but I still do not have it. If you go with Max Ford pick a sales person or in my cans a GM that you trust, is knowledgeable and honest. More
