Manager Brandon laughed in my face with the price I offered for my new Kia Optima. No one was willing to negotiate or offer any sort of incentive for me if I purchased a new car. I feel like I made a mistake for not shopping around for the best deal. However, I love my new car and Heather is a nice person who made me decide to go ahead with the purchase. Heather gets 5 stars for everything. Everything else, not so much. More

They went out of their ways to ensure we received the best deal. It was such a quick and painless process and they both just treated us like family. Even after having the car for two weeks, Shawn still works hard to make sure we are enjoying our new Kia and check to make sure we do not need anything.
