I was deeply touched with the unparalleled compassion and professionalism I received from Patrick and Justin at Basil resale. These two young gentlemen went above and beyond proficiency; their experience with cars and people is clearly remarkable. The car meant more than transportation to me, and they immediately recognized this. The vehicle was in excellent condition and they quickly realized the loving care displayed, and by understanding the situation, conducted the transaction with the utmost compassion and graciousness. As far as I'm concerned you can search the planet over and never find better people to deal with. Totally disappointed and absolutely regret purchasing a vehicle here. Was promised a 2nd key I never received and vehicle came with a cloudy and cracked tail light, AFTER their supposed 1000 point inspect vehicle here. Was promised a 2nd key I never received and vehicle came with a cloudy and cracked tail light, AFTER their supposed 1000 point inspection? SUV only had 3600 miles on it and already planning on trading it in! More

Brandon couldn't have been any more personable and straight forward concerning the bottom line on the price of the car. No" hard sell". No "it won't last at this price" no bs. He told me to give it some thought and call him if I had any questions concerning the car I test drove or any other car or price comparison question for that matter. Really great experience because of Brandons personable and honest approach. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car. More
