Everyone who I talked with was cordial, caring and honest. I then started the buying process and planned our 100 mile drive to the dealership. As expected, the General Manager, the Finance Manager, the receptionist, the service people, other sales people and our sales person, Jason Anderson treated us with respect and courtesy. As a senior citizen who has purchased many cars throughout my life, this dealership and staff ranks at the top of my list. Will I return again? Will I recommend Spitzer Hartville to others?
