Brandon was great. I had a 2016 XC90 and wreck it. I wanted another Volvo and wanted to down size to an XC60. They had the one I wanted in stock. Brandon and I took it for a drive. I loved it. I got wanted another Volvo and wanted to down size to an XC60. They had the one I wanted in stock. Brandon and I took it for a drive. I loved it. I got to take my brand new SUV home before I paid cash for it. I put a sizable down payment and they even held my post dated check for about a week until my insurance money came in from my wreck claim! The only negative thing that I was disappointed in, was the dealership didn’t have the discounts as other dealerships were having for the same model and upgrades. I had to screen shot the ads to get the discounts. other than that I was totally satisfied. More

Brandon was amazing! We told him exactly what we were looking for and although it wasn't available, he made sure to coordinate with John Adickas to find us our dream bursting blue metallic XC60. He took it a step further and ran thru all the features with us and when he didn't know something he quickly followed up to get us squared away even after the deal was made and closed out. For John, even after making his life a bit frustrating in contacting other dealerships from California to Virginia, he got us all that we wanted and more. Plus, he ensured we got all the discounts and incentives available. Finally, Jerremy Jackson laid out all the options available but was honest and transparent on what we need based on our driving style profile and low milage usage. Didn't try selling us on any unnecessary fluff. We couldn't of asked for a better team of people to do business with. Thank you again! More
