Dealer advertised a ZR1 camaro on their website. I walked into the dealership to ask if I could see the car. The salesman wanted to escort me to his office, typical dealership stuff. I stated I will stand in the showroom while you locate the car. You would think that while these people sit at their desk all day waiting for the next up they could at least look at the company inventory and get familiar with what they have available for sale. Then the owner came out and asked what I needed. I asked to see the ZR1 they were advertising on the internet, he said "corvette". 2nd salesperson, 2nd dog in the headlight stares so with that remark I decided to state the obvious as I was standing by the customer lounge area at the time. I mentioned that the carpets in their customer lounge needed cleaning only because they looked like a murder scene. With that I was asked to leave, "no car for you". It was like the soup xxxx in Seinfeld but he was the Car xxxx. No skin off my back, salesman #1 just lost his up and his commission. See ya. More

Brandon was quite condescending and abrasive (he apparently just spent 80k on a car, and buys a car almost every year, good for him). On the other hand Jessica was very down to earth and friendly. Also, did not like them not including the security engraving in the initial car price, I was forced to pay it after and was not given a choice (was reduced in final negotiation, but I did not want to negotiate down a security feature that was already implemented), this felt wrong and deceptive.
