Called on the phone to get details on the vehicle and Purchased my Ford Explorer from the Cadillac dealership. They were very helpful from the start. Called on the phone to get details on the vehicle and have the salesman drive it because we were purchasing the car from 2 hours away. They were honest and fixed issues quickly. The transaction was quick and they were easy to deal with. From the sales manager to our salesman and the others we met, they were all friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others fir sure. More

Buying experience of a used Cadillac Unfortunately, Brandon had precious little time to spend with me in my buying of a used Cadillac at this dealership!! He seemed knowledgeable enough b Unfortunately, Brandon had precious little time to spend with me in my buying of a used Cadillac at this dealership!! He seemed knowledgeable enough but ended up having 2 or 3 other clients demanding his attention at the same time that I was there! This makes for an awkward situation as I felt pressured to give him space and I could see by the look on his face that he was frustrated too!! He seemed very rushed and out of sorts. But that being said, I was at the dealership way longer than I should have been!! I do like the car but I wish Brandon could have spent more time explaining more of the bells and whistles of a Cadillac as I have never owned one!!! He did ask for help with the other clients that asked for him while I was there and no one responded. I feel that I was not Brandon"s priority while I was there and there was no "personal" contact with him!! All in all it was not a great experience and although I said I would recommend this dealership I would not recommend as a #1 dealership. The finance guy was very talkative also when I just wanted to get my finance papers and be on my way!! More
