Kept giving me run around on my trade in I ended up just taking $1000 for it because I didn’t have time to argue… then there were no floor mats in the truck and no one could get me any… I did not make a hug taking $1000 for it because I didn’t have time to argue… then there were no floor mats in the truck and no one could get me any… I did not make a huge fuss because again I only had one day to buy a vehicle…the truck they showed me that I wanted was not on the website so I had no clue the price until I was told… I asked about the vehicle being overpriced when I checked others online but was told it was reasonable… after further investigation afterwards it was extremely overpriced… then they added a bunch of warranty and wheel and tire stuff and lied and said I had to have it because the bank said… which I found out is a lie and is a big car sales scam… overall very poor by the dealership… I bought one this time but never again… and I will only tell people I know where not to go to buy a car!!! More

I⅕³ notified the dealership that I was coming to purchase the car at 6pm, they close at 8pm. Paperwork was finally signed and I was ready to leave at 10lpm. The car had not been detailed at all, chips and fr the car at 6pm, they close at 8pm. Paperwork was finally signed and I was ready to leave at 10lpm. The car had not been detailed at all, chips and fries under the seats, big stain in the trunk, floor mats in the trunk, sticky taped paper on the windows, the outside had not been washed since they acquired the vehicle, idk if that was to hide some scratches that are now obvious since it clean. And then to top it all off I was given the car with 13 miles to empty..... Not a terrible experience just not the best. More

My own dealership treats me like family, plus my SO has worked there for over 23 yrs. Salesman and his “boss?” agreed to things that overall the “main manager” didn’t agree to in my truck trade/sale. Their loss. Won’t ever go back or recommend them. They didn’t even fully detail the truck!!! Nor did they provide a full tank of gas!! Ridiculous! More

Sales manager was higher pressure, but he kept his word with making it right with the one issue we had with the truck. Baker got us a decent rate in finance.
